Booty School is a women’s only boot camp style program that is designed to gradually challenge all participants regardless of their level of physical fitness. Everyday is different and we enjoy meeting and getting to know all of our students.

 

Booty School challenges you with weight training, power yoga, walking, running, plyometrics and circuit training.  Participants will be given adaptations and alternatives to accommodate everyone’s level of fitness. Booty School is NEVER a competition!

 

So, if you are in a rut, getting bored of exercise, don’t want to join a gym, need new ideas and motivation or you would like to work out with like minded women let us kick start your fitness routine. We women - mothers, daughters and students must take time to take care of ourselves. Here’s your chance to change your life. TAKE IT!!!

 

Many of our students lose inches and fat.  They also enjoy increased energy, strength and overall well being.  We teach our clients proper exercise techniques, and the importance of nutrition.  One of the things we enjoy the most about our job is the many friends we have made.  We feel very lucky to have such wonderful clients.
